Velvet steel heddle
Full steel body for velvet, carpet and prayer-rug jacquards. Colour-coded ends by row.
Terry heddle 355R
Spring heddle for terry towel jacquards.
Jacquard spring heddle
For label, satin and upholstery weaving. Spring length and tension chosen per job.
Frame heddle
For heald frames: 520, 580 and 620 mm.
Square-eye heddle
Heddle with a square eye.
Jacquard spring
Example: 1020R — eye 4.0 × 1.5 mm, spring length 24 cm, tension 60 g.
Warp breaks usually start at the eye
Every warp end runs through a heddle eye. A rough or badly formed eye rubs the yarn on every pick until it breaks. We check eye shape and finish on every batch.
